I decided to transform this picture of Justin to display the crazed animal within each of us. i wanted people to see that within each and everyone one of us there is an untamed animal ready to explode. my theme would be the animal within each and everyone of us.

I started out with the first picture of Justin making that weird yelling face. Then I put on the filter of note paper and brought the opacity down to 75%. Then i made another layer with the lions face and brought that opacity down to 28%. and i just did some touch ups.

I know it's a cliche but the people who most inspire me are my parents. Though a lot of people think it, I actually have the best mom ever. She is so dedicated to being a mother. she spoiled me and always has my best interests at heart. Even when i give her the hardest time over nothing. I really don't deserve her. I once had an ear infection when i was 6. I was in an immense amount of pain, screaming and crying at 3 in the morning. I was so loud i woke her up from four rooms away. She came running in and immediately got in the car and drove off. Now to some that sounds horrible but she was actually going to every Walgreens and Duane reade to find ear infection medication. She drove for an hour looking and looking. she finally returned and gave me the medicine. Then she stayed up with me until i fell asleep. She is the most caring mother alive and she inspires me more than i will ever know.
Now my father inspires me just as much. Everyday he wakes up early and works for hours and hours at  a job he hates to put food on the table for me and my sister. he pays for any necessity no questions asked. He is a better man than i will ever be. MY parents inspire me so who inspires you?

The letter project was one of the most difficult projects i have ever done. It was difficult because At first i didn't know what i was supposed to do but then i thought back to sophomore year with Mr Ward. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks, Its a font project. Then everything starting clicking. However When i started I realized that the letter I chose was impossible to think of a theme for. I originally picked the letter x but there is no defining theme/word for x. SO i went on to C which was one of the most commonly used letters in the alphabet. But I was conflicted with which idea i wanted to put into the C. Then It hit me, C as in city, New york City. what is the most defining characteristic of the City is its skyline. so BOOM it hit me. and i never looked back.
